ABOUT ME

I have worked in recruitment since the late 1990s. In 2005, I began recruiting for other recruitment companies, helping my clients to become employers of choice and attract the best talent from competitor firms. Over several years, this niche led to retained collaborations with some of the world’s leading executive search firms, placing Partner-level talent in the UK, Europe, Australia and the USA.
Through this experience I have developed an unparalleled network in the recruitment industry, an asset I am happy to share for the benefit of my coaching clients.
I qualified as a Certified Career Coach in 2024 and have gone on to develop a programme that blends pragmatic, outcome-focused coaching with proactive introductions to a targeted group of recruiters from my network, allowing my clients to benefit from strategic guidance and valuable industry connections.

WHY ‘WAYPOINTS’?

Having grown up on the coast of Cornwall, boats and sailing have always been a part of my life. In navigation, waypoints are steps of significance along a route.
